Nowadays, ultrasound treatment also plays an important role in physiotherapy. Targeted ultrasound treatment can be used very effectively, particularly in cases of arthrosis, muscle and tendon injuries, fractures or inflammation.

In combination with one of our products optimized for ultrasonic waves, emmi-skin Sport and emmi-skin Intense , the multi-frequency vibrations activate the tissue to be treated through direct contact and thereby generate heat. This triggers mechanical processes in the body, which is equivalent to the effect of a powerful micro-massage.

The blood circulation in the tissue is stimulated, which in turn can support the regeneration of the affected body cells.
